I received my Google Wave invite today for the open beta, and I must say I’m very impressed. It’s grown, it’s evolved, and it’s a tool that I can really see myself using more and more already even with my limited contact pool!
That said, if you have a Wave account, feel free to add me:
j…@g…e.com
Also, as a Wave user, I’ve got 20 invites available. I’m reserving about 5 of those for special individuals, but the other 15 are up for grabs. Either shoot me a wave (lolol, email), IM me, contact me somehow, and let me know your email address you’d like the invite sent to. They’re not an immediate send, as Google quotes “Invitations will not be sent immediately. We have a lot of stamps to lick.” But you’ll get it fairly promptly if I’m not mistaken.
So yea, if you’d like one, contact me, and I’ll be posting my feedback on this wonderful tool soon hopefully.

Wow, Jamie.. thanks to you, hopefully *I* will get Google Wave. Knew NOTHING of the sort until I read this entry. Major cool! In fact, I’d *love* to wave.. so maybe you could send me an invite-o? That would be supercalafragalisticexpialadoshus! {waves ‘goodbye’ ..or a ‘hello’ if you send me an invite! nudge, nudge!} Btw, how is life in Idaho? Just getting used to the funky WA weather again after living in South Korea for almost 5 years. Man, was it COLD today, dipping into the 40’s, WITH SNOW!

lol, invite sent!
Life in idaho is… slow, very slow. But hey, could be worse yea? I’ve got a temp job up here atm, but i’ve been looking for something more perminate where I can leave my mark. Heck, I even drove over to Silverdale a couple months back for the big PSNS job faire. Who knows, maybe it’ll pan out into something. We’re actually having record low snowfall right now, it’s kinda amazing. After the last 2 years getting 36+ inches in less than 24 hours, I gotta admit it’s a breath of fresh air.
Good to hear from ya, and glad to see you back stateside! though man, I can imagine that was one hell of an experience from what I read on your various sites!
