I must admit I completely agree with all your points mate.

Bottom line is, UK's government should've done something about this 2 years ago, but they didn't. They left our gates wide open for any so-and-so to wander in at will, instantly getting benefits, cash, housing, etc, without much in the way of "why are these people landing here, so many countries from their own lands".

So even since that tragic day of 9/11 the influx of possible threat's has been immeasurable. They reckon there's about 1 million so-called 'asylum seekers' here in UK that they don't know about & haven't counted/checked. I reckon they're only telling us half the truth, personally.

So it was sadly innevitable that London would be attacked, just a big ol waiting game for us all.
Now we're finally on "reasonable alert" but even then it's mainly on thursdays, like that's the only day they'll attack!! Maybe it's the day they get allowance & thus can afford to travel into London, but that's about the only thing stopping them imho!!

Living in South-East UK as I do, I'm only 40 miles from london, commuter zone really. I have a good few friends who work up town, thankfully none were injured or affected by the blasts (ignoring the obvious travel difficulties), so I'm personally lucky in that respect. But that doesn't stop me worrying myself sick at times about when/where/what the next attack will be.

I believe this country is just too frikkin soft for it's own good. Our government do literally nothing useful, just talkin loud but takin no action.

The only solution is getting the hell outta UK, but that's just not possible & it's not what I wanna do. Deep down I love my country, or at least what it used to be. I just hope we can get it back at some point !!

Sorry for ranting on mate, this is a subject that really gets my goat, as you've probably guessed!

War achieves nothing but filling mother earth with bodies & bullets. Stop worrying about stupid "Political Correctness" and sort out some real issues for a change !!

Peace & Goodness throughout the world, especially you guys...
